Listing Coordinator- Full - Time, In-Office in Plano Office
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various operational functions, ensuring smooth communication between departments, managing every step of the listing process from photos, staging, marketing, and showcasing the home in MLS. The Listing Coordinator will also assist our Team Leader with special projects.

Compensation:
$20 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Present progress reports to the real estate team that include all sales activity in the client database and how the data relates to company goals
- Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
- Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process
- Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers
Give vendors and contractors access to homes that are in need of inspection or repair so each property is prepared to sell
Coordinate all pre-listing activities, including scheduling photography, staging consultations, signage, lockbox installation, and vendors as needed for each respective property.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote Listings
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
- Work closely with Listing agents to review and finalize listing documents
- Maintain organized records of property management activities, client interactions, and administrative tasks.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required to support daily operations.
- Keep clients updated throughout the listing process with timely communication and status reports.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers once a home is listed.
- Maintain complete and compliant listing files and ensure all required documents are submitted in a timely manner.
- Monitor listing timelines, deadlines, and expiration dates.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about serving people and providing a great customer service experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college experience preferred
Easily navigates basic computer programs and can create clear spreadsheets using Excel
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Outlook, MLS, DocuSign, Canva, CRMs, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service.
- A strong team player with a positive, professional, and solution-oriented attitude.
- Experience in marketing and sales strategies is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in real estate, administration, or transaction coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with precision.
- Knowledge of Top Producer is a plus
