Summary: Seeking a Construction Project Manager with extensive commercial project management experience to oversee financials, implementation, and stakeholder satisfaction for assigned projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years commercial project management experience
• Proficient in MS Project for tracking & scheduling
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 12 months

Preferred Skills:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management
• OSHA 30 certification (if required, provided by company)
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage project financials including cash flow, monthly cost/revenue forecasts, and expense monitoring
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and communicating effectively with all stakeholders
• Lead project administration adhering to contract clauses and safety guidelines while navigating through various regulatory agencies' requirements
• Oversee subcontractor selection and management processes ensuring compliance with communication and safety protocols
• Develop detailed project schedules incorporating tasks, dependencies, and milestones

Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
