Dear Candidate,
We're currently seeking a Tech Lead for our Digital Products team in Chinchwad, Pune.
As a Tech Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation initiatives, particularly focusing on Commercial and IIoT products.
These products cater to both customers and dealers, serving as key revenue generators for our organization.Role and Responsibilities
Understand business objectives and customer needs to develop Machine Learning (ML) models, alongside defining metrics to measure success.
Collaborate closely with product managers and domain experts to translate ideas into viable product solutions and oversee their implementation.
Design, code, and maintain software applications on cloud platforms, integrating ML models seamlessly.
Lead end-to-end feature development of products using Python, encompassing model development and deployment (MLOps).
Streamline and automate existing processes, procedures, and toolsets to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct architecture and tech landscape reviews, proposing optimizations to improve performance, reliability, and security.
Requirements and Skills
Bachelor's degree (BE/B.Tech) with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
Proficient in writing object-oriented code using Python.
Hands-on experience in building and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, covering predictive algorithms, Time Series, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
Experience in the manufacturing and/or energy domain with an understanding of industrial equipment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, self-driven attitude, customer focus, willingness to learn new technologies, and adaptability to overcome challenges effectively.
Good To Have
Experience with IIoT-based applications and/or customer-facing products.
Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Kubernetes & Docker.
Experience working in cross-functional product engineering teams following agile development methodologies.
