We require a number of highly motivated Advisors / Order Processors to provide first class customer service and order processing support at a successful business service provider in Ashton-under Lyne.
The Role:
Processing customers' orders via telephone, email and in house system
Suggest alternatives for out-of-stock items
Pro-actively solve any enquiries and keep customer informed at all times
Escalate any issues to management
Advise customers on realistic time frames and maximising customer satisfaction
Work within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) and KPI's
Develop and maintain knowledge on systems and processes
Communicate, co-ordinate and support colleagues internally
The Person
Previous experience of customer service / order processing in a call centre / customer service environment
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Computer literate
Polite, friendly telephone manner
Excellent communication skills
Reliable, can-do attitude
