    Must be open to all shifts (1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th)

    As an Avionics/Electrical Tech II, you will provide technical expertise in testing aircraft systems, troubleshooting, and repairing system discrepancies.

    You will ensure the quality and efficiency of all installations and demonstrate technical expertise by implementing process changes to reduce cost and meet schedule without compromising safety or quality.

    Demonstrate technical skills in avionics and aircraft systems operational testing and troubleshooting.
    # Perform installation and functional testing of electrical/avionics components and systems on aircraft per engineering specifications, drawings, and maintenance manuals.
    # Troubleshoot processes/concepts to provide timely, quality repairs of malfunctioning systems.
    # Effectively repair or replace defective components and wiring to ensure installations meet conformity using acceptable practices such as splicing, soldering, and pinning of wiring.
    # Perform and comply with engineering changes and modifications as required.

    Support aircraft certification and final phase testing, which may include flight tests as required.

    Preferred proficiency in the operation and troubleshooting of other aircraft systems such as hydraulics, landing gear, flight controls, and environmental controls.

    Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

    Four (4) years of experience in an avionics/electrical career field or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years of related experience.
