- Manage a top-performing and safe clinic, ensuring smooth workflow and clear protocols.
- Recruit, train, support, lead, and maintain engagement among the RN Case Managers, Clinic RNs, Medical Assistants, and other team members.
- Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to enhance clinic operations.
- Ensure staff adhere to care plans, promptly respond to physician orders, complete assessments, and actively engage in care planning.
- Assess the quality of services in collaboration with medical leadership to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead clinical audits and develop action plans to maintain compliance.
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing an ambulatory clinic; experience in a busy outpatient environment can be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working with frail or elderly populations.
