    Required Skills:


    • Bachelor's degree minimum requirement if years of experience are met; master's degree preferred.


    • Has a comprehensive to expert knowledge of assigned business functions and technical skills including:


    • Project Management – (min 10 years)


    • Program management (min 5 years)


    • Tools – Power BI; MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint) (min 5 years exp)


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to work with all levels, including senior executives

    Highly Preferred Skills:


    • Executive reporting using MS PowerPoint for visualization and reporting (2-3 years exp)


    • Responsible for managing project activity for an assigned business line or for projects that cross several business lines


    • Typically works with senior business line management to formulate project scope


    • Manages a medium to large project staff and/or department, generally with direct and indirect staff


    • Projects are very complex with considerable difficulty and generally cross several business lines


    • Projects often require twelve months or more to complete


    • Has a comprehensive to expert knowledge of assigned business functions and technical skills


    • Recognized as an expert in several project areas


    • The incumbent typically has a Master's degree and ten or more years of related experience

    The Program Manager Responsibilities:


    • Provide program and project management, including measurement and reporting deliverables for social impact.


    • Leverage the work of the client Impact Finance; the bank's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility teams; and its business lines to narrow the wealth divide for underserved communities, including communities of color.


    • Focus on three primary areas for underserved communities, including communities of color: supporting businesses, helping individuals and communities advance economically and enhancing career opportunities for employees and prospective employees


    • The ongoing work will include projects from across the client's diverse portfolio of businesses – builds on the commitment made by the client including increased supplier spend, innovative products, services, and transformative customer experiences and long-term place-based partnerships to address the persistent economic wealth gap for underserved communities, including communities of color


    • This role will interface with Business lines to obtain the necessary data, generate reporting, and work with a team, including the senior leader, to extract meaningful insights based on comparative analysis


    • Procedure Documentation and process mapping for Access Commitment Health Check and Social Impact measurement


    • Data gathering, reporting repository requirements, reporting output, and timelines


    • Status Reporting (weekly) of work completed using a 4-block project management format –stakeholder engagement; updates, achievements, milestones; risks/opportunities; next steps/deadlines (format will be provided)


    • Social Impact metrics & reporting (bi-weekly) using Power BI and Microsoft Office tools for analysis, visualization and reporting

    Interview Process:


    • 1-3 Rounds


    • 1 with HM, the second round of interviews is a panel interview


    • Teams interview with video mandatory
