    $150,000 - $210,000 per year

    Job Details

    Responsibilities:

    • Representing clients in employment litigation matters
    • Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on various legal issues.
    • Drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
    • Taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and participating in arbitrations and trials.
    • Collaborating with team members to develop litigation strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing.
    • Minimum of 5 years of employment litigation experience
    • Proficient in legal research, writing, and trial practice.
    • Experience in taking and defending depositions.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels.
