    Responsibilities

    Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, policy updates, billing questions, and claim assistance.

    Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance coverage options.

    Generate insurance quotes and assist clients in making informed decisions.

    Maintain accurate and organized customer records in our database.

    Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

    -Look for opportunities to offer existing clients additional lines of business.


    Requirements

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.

    -Must be licensed in Property and casualty insurance or become licensed within the first 30 days. (We will pay for training material as well as provide reimbursement for exams.)
