    California | Outpatient FQHC
    $90–$110/hr + Housing & Travel Covered
    Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM | 18 Patients Per Day
    Join a mission-driven FQHC serving pediatric communities across California. We are seeking an experienced NP or PA passionate about delivering comprehensive, high-quality care in an outpatient setting.
    Position Overview

    Pediatric primary care
    Chronic Care Management
    Behavioral Health (anxiety management)
    Supportive chronic pain management
    Chart completion within 72 hours
    Minimum 18 PPD
    Requirements

    Active California license
    Minimum 5 years' experience in similar FQHC setting
    FQHC experience required
    Active DEA prior to start
    BLS certification

    NP:
    Furnishing License with Schedule

    II

    PA:
    CA Controlled Substance Education Certificate
    Decision within 7–14 days

    Credentialing: 30–60 days
