    Administrative Assistant/RBT


    Role: Responsibilities include the following:

    • Scheduling and maintaining appointments for staff.
    • Maintain company website and emails.
    • Maintain company calendar or specific employees' calendar.
    • Helping clients or customers if they have any questions or helping visitors locate the correct office.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, insurance carriers, and other employees.
    • Answering calls and relaying messages from parents and/or insurance carriers.
    • Assist with data entry, client onboarding, and new staff onboarding.
    • Take inventory of office supplies and place orders accordingly, general office upkeep.
    • Processing incoming bills and payments.
    • Participate in office meetings or webinars and take notes and/ or draft meeting minutes that participants can refer to later on.
