    Description

    Stage 3 Separation has a team of over 325 employees in the United States and Canada dedicated to environmental preservation by recycling fluids and reducing waste streams.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Responsible for managing 3rd Party Compliance Systems like IS Networld, Avetta, Comply Works, etc., and handling HSE-related queries on Customers Pre-Qualification requests.
    • Oversee the maintenance, tracking, and procurement of all safety-related Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and supplies for field and shops.
    • Coordinate and manage Workers' Compensation claims, medical billing, as well as filing insurance claims for the organization.
    • Act as the Designated Employer Representative (DER) for drug and alcohol testing consortiums and maintain Medical Surveillance documentation.
    • Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) and collaborate with Customers, Brokers, and Sales Department for fulfillment.
    • Update OSHA logs, prepare relevant documents, track HSE metrics monthly, and create location-specific scorecards.
    • Assist in scheduling Training classes, developing materials, and maintaining document control for HSE policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
    Requirements
    • Thorough understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental principles and adherence to best practices.
    • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, Federal, State, and Local laws.
    • Proficiency in creating Power-point presentations, managing confidential information, conducting HSE Audits, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, work in a team, supervise support staff, and bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
    Minimum Qualifications
    • Preferred 3 years of HSE experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power-Point).
    • Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.
    • Successful completion of pre-employment checks including background, drug (urine and hair follicle), and physical fitness tests.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
