    We are currently seeking new Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants to join our dynamic Anesthesia team at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.



    POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

    • Competitive Base Salary range of $190,000 - $230,000 with comprehensive Benefit package, including Retirement Plan Matching
    • Eligibility for Productivity Bonus based on ASA billable units on an annual basis
    * $50,000 Commitment Bonus or Living Assistance Loan available with a 36-month commitment
    * $10,000 Retention Bonus available after fulfilling commitment or opting out of commitment bonus

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant will work under the supervision of an Anesthesiologist, administering various anesthetics during surgical procedures, deliveries, and medical interventions. Responsibilities include conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations, preparing equipment for procedures, monitoring patients' status during anesthesia administration, and upholding quality and service standards of the hospital and department to deliver exceptional patient care.

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

    • Master's Degree in Anesthesiology (Mandatory)

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • 0 - 1 year of Anesthesia Experience
    • Preference for Providers with 2 or more years of experience
    • Accepting applications from current AA students and recent graduates

    CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSURES

    • Mandatory Certifications/Licenses: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Anesthesiology Assistant Certification
