    Our client is part of a team of life science companies who are developing products that are paving the way in the fight to save lives.

    If you are looking for an opportunity to contribute your skills and knowledge our client has a contract opportunity for a "self-starter" Records Clerk.

    • Gather various documents - paper batch records and prepare them for scanning by organizing and removing any staples, paper clips etc.
    • Scan and upload paper documents to store them in a digital format
    • Verify that the scanned document is legible and that the digital record matches the paper record before releasing the digital record in EDMS
    • Creating an Organized System: Adhere to the organized system and standard work for arranging both paper and electronic files. This ensures that documents are easily retrievable when needed
    • Communicate w/ staff members if any issues arise, update metrics, and communicate status of project

    Salary: $DOE/ hr (contract)

    Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm

    Location: "onsite" Chaska, MN

    Benefits: Health Insurance Medical / Dental / Vision

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent w/ 0-2 yrs of previous experience in a similar role
    • Previous experience w/ Document Management Systems
    • Skills to be successful attention to detail, basic computer skills, and strong communication skills
    • Ability to work independently
    • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer
    • The position is subject to passing a background check and drug screen
