    What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person?

    Troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.

    MUST:
    Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maint of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus.


    Certification Requirements:
    A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac


    TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing
