Seeking candidates that can work the Eastern and/or Central Time Zones.     Responsibilities
    • With your excellent relationship-building talents, youll be building clientele via cold-calling, warm leads, and obtaining referrals.
    • Using your excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills, youll be overcoming objections, and winning back former clients.
    • Using your excellent presentation skills, you'll be working with clients to meet your individual sales goals set with management.
    • With your keen attention to detail, youll be closing sales.

    Requirements
    • Active Property & Casualty License Required. (Non-Resident PA license not required to apply)
    • Previous Allstate Experience preferred.
    • Minimum of at least 2 years of proven Track Record of Property/Casualty Sales.
    • Candidate must be able to work Eastern and/or Central time zones.
    • A team player who is goal-oriented with an outgoing personality.
    • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • You must be coachable and willing to be trained.
    • Must be computer literate and tech savvy.
    • Must adhere to all agency and insurance compliance.
