This position will provide quality leadership to Reservations Department Sales colleagues in all aspects of resort reservations, including reservations sales, revenue optimization tactics, pricing, statistical tracking and analysis, coaching and performance evaluation to achieve the resort's top line revenue objectives, and to provide memorable experiences for our guests, associates and optimal return for our owners.

Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:

Scheduling, training and on-the-spot feedback for Reservations colleagues

Support the Group processing of all definite groups through all systems to ensure accuracy and communication is clear for Reservations team's interaction with group attendees

Ensure accuracy of all details for reservations, including guest requests and profile details

Assist in problem resolution, ensuring corrective action is taken to exceed guest expectations

Clear communication with all departments to ensure Hyatt Consumer Affairs are handled efficiently, timely and to guest satisfaction

Engage with and monitor Reservations team to understand all key indicators in daily telephone sales productivity, communicating key components (overall demand, market pricing, hotel inventory, rate parity, guest's regrets and denials) to Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue daily, to ensure optimal pricing and availability is maintained for demand.

Understand and help maintain sales strategy and Reservations sales process is utilized by team to ensure property rates and restrictions are in alignment with overall demand and hotel inventory

Provide overall support to property Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue

The starting rate of pay for this position is $20.50/hour with opportunities to earn up to 25% of your hourly wage through incentive performance.

Actual pay will commesurate based on experience.
