    NETWORK ANALYST

    Job Description: The Network Analyst and System Administrator role handles technical support requests directly from internal and external team members. Our IT team is responsible for maintaining user uptime, supporting security best-practices, while improving user computing experiences through effective, proactive maintenance, problem identification, resolution activities, and the implementation of new capabilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION

    Assists with the maintenance, configuration, monitoring, and reliable operation of desktops, network servers, security patches, phone systems, and virtualization platforms.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
    • Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited business disruptions.
    • Responsible for endpoint deployment, updates, and upgrades.
    • Network troubleshooting and optimization.
    • Help maintain Azure AD Hybrid environment.
    • Helps respond to security alerts and helps with security process improvement implementations.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Basic Qualifications
    • Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience required.
    • Must be willing and able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
    • Experience with on-premises and cloud-based Microsoft systems and tools.
    • Experience with Microsoft Server in virtualized environments and Exchange Online.
    • Experience with Microsoft domain services, Active Directory functionalities, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
    • Strong, customer-service focused attitude to assist with end user needs and to translate end-user requirements into appropriate technical action.
    • A+, Security+, Network+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), MCP and/or other relevant security/OS/network certifications.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Working knowledge of virtualization, VMWare, or equivalent.
    • Linux OS experience.
    • Experience with VEEAM backup software, Watchguard firewall, SonicWall, Dell Servers, MECM/Intune, mobile device management.
    • Basic understanding of hardening systems, working in a STIG/CMMC environment.
    Candidate must possess a smart mobile phone capable of receiving SMS messages and installing apps. Must have a high-speed data connection at home.

    • Must either have a current security clearance or be fully eligible for the requisite clearance.
    • Must comply with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
    • Employees will be responsible for proper handling of classified information, materials, and equipment.
    • Employees will be required to execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to accessing controlled information.
