    Description

    I'm working with a large managed service provider based in the DFW area who are looking to bring a System Administrator/Engineer into their team, to provide a service for some key clients and support their servers.

    Some examples of responsibilities would include (not limited too):

    • Implementing rack and stack
    • Providing administration an ensuring processes are up to date and in line with best practices.
    • Maintaining on-prem and virtual servers
    • Troubleshooting and problem solving for clients, and the servers that they host with them, resolving on prem issues, escalation point for all things server related

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Experience working with on-prem and virtual server environments.
    • Windows technology background e.g. Intune, Office365, Active Directory etc.
    • Good communicator and proven customer facing experience.
    • Microsoft Certified (Not essential)

    Overall, this individual is going to be a senior member of the support team splitting their time between support, customer focus and server maintenance.
