Disney Services and Solutions Specialist Cast Members create magic for our Guest before they arrive for their experience and for their stay. Disney Services and Solutions Specialist are responsible for answering both Cast, Guest and Business Partner questions through multiple sources of communication. The Disney Services and Solutions Specialist research and provide guest service and resolution to situations that are related to reservations and/or experiences with our services. Disney Services and Solutions Specialist is an hourly position located at the Disney Central in Orlando, Florida. The Disney Services and Solutions Specialist will attend a paid mandatory training class (currently offered remote from home) where you will participate in multiple performance assessments. The operating hours of Disney Central are Monday through Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

The starting pay rate for this position is $15.30

This position is temporarily working remotely; requires a supported high-speed internet and private work environment.

Responsibilities :
  • Assist Reservation Sales Agents by providing appropriate solutions to concerns
  • Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members
  • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications to include phone, chat and email.
  • Assist Guest by providing comprehensive information about the resorts and dining using numerous software applications during this process
  • Build and maintain relationships with Guest and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service to our Guests & Cast
  • Complete all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
  • Flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends and holidays
  • Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) may be required


Basic Qualifications :
  • Capacity to manage conflict resolution and make decisions through a delicate balance of integrity and partner resourcing
  • Strong sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to use sound judgment and decision making
  • Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications
  • Maintain discretion and Guest confidentiality
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills Grammar Fluency and professional email etiquette
  • Disney Central Cast members: No more than one F/O (Falling Behind/OffTrack) in Presenteeism in the last six months, and no more than one reprimand within the last six months


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Passion & knowledge of Disney Products
  • Bilingual
