Objectives of this RoleUncover leads and develop new business opportunities, working closely with Account Executives to effectively close businessConduct email campaigns and develop ways to source new leads, creating and cultivating business opportunities and partnerships along the wayIdentify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targetsDevelop creative strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrationDaily And Monthly ResponsibilitiesTenaciously use phone, email, social media, and other methods to reach prospective customers through a high level of daily activitiesMonitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and regional team members to discuss strategyGenerate new sales pipeline, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the sales deals that are in line with strategies, and lead/facilitate pitch logisticsSupport sales, working collaboratively as a teamGrow professional as well as product & services knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations, including onsite when deemed appropriate by the companyPartner with and leverage teammates to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to steer opportunitiesManage, track, and report on all activities and results using SalesforceSkills And QualificationsSuccessful track record in business development within a consulting or staffing organizationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking experience with sales techniques for selling to large enterpriseExperience with CRM software, Salesforce experience preferredAbility to occasionally deliver presentations via Microsoft PowerPoint or Google SlidesA genuine curiosity and empathy for the prospect's situations, needs, issues, challenges, and painsCreativity in sourcing your own sales-ready opportunities and prospectsAbout CprimeMethods aren't built overnight.They're built in the day-to-day.
