WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are hiring a Director of Revenue Operations, Crypto to provide leadership to our crypto sales organization. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the firm business goals. The ideal candidate has helped a fast-growing organization drive process effectiveness within the sales organization, as well as defined optimal performance management programs.

You will join an exciting, newly formed, crypto team that deeply cares about growing with people who question assumptions, have strong judgement, execute fast, take ownership, act responsibly, help the team advance and improve its standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to the sales organization, in implementing sales organization objectives that appropriately reflect the firm's business goals
  • Responsible for assigning sales quotas and ensuring the firm's financial and sales objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources through the quota program
  • Work closely with senior sales leadership to define the optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success.
  • Align reporting, training, and incentive programs with these performance management priorities
  • Establish sales compensation program rules, policies, and procedures. Ensure sufficient resources are assigned to adequately administer sales compensation programs
  • Produce sales material, customer onboarding documents, and other collateral that the sales team needs

Minimum qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Director of Revenue or Revenue Manager
  • Demonstrated success performing the job
  • Demonstrated success by closing deals designed by the candidate and that required the involvement of a complex stakeholder ecosystem
  • Created sales/bd best practices

Bonus

  • Transaction management/Sales execution experience (ie, in Banking)
  • Experience in Financial Services, Payments, Embedded Finance
  • Proficient in banking regulatory (MSB, MTL, OFAC, Compliance, KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, BSA)
  • Understanding of crypto
