Job Summary and Mission

Solutions Lab is the group within Nestlé Coffee Partners that elevates coffee and tea experiences for consumers in foodservice and office coffee settings. With our business partners, we reach consumers in many verticals including hotels, resorts, universities, hospitals, offices, airlines, cruise lines, and community living. Nestle Coffee Partners Solutions Lab is looking to welcome a Senior Analyst with experience managing digital outreach analytics (ecommerce, email, social) for Nestle Coffee Partners Solutions Lab customers to help optimize the customer journey and revenue generation across all digital initiatives.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing and works closely with the Manager, Digital Marketing Technology, as well as Category Management, Marketing Operations & Training, Commercial Development, IT and Finance teams to deliver profitable, high-growth marketing campaigns and promotions.

The Senior Analyst will build a wholistic view of how customers are engaging with all NCP Solutions Lab touchpoints through data and analytics. They will apply those insights to inform marketing initiatives, support delivery of both technical & commercial operations for digital channels, along with supporting product catalog maintenance for the customer portal site as needed.

Summary Of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Act as digital analytics subject matter expert, working in collaboration with the Sr Manager, Brand Marketing and Manager, Digital Marketing Technology, making recommendations to improve performance across all digital touchpoints

• Produce detailed digital business insights and analysis by utilizing multiple data sources and different data streams to develop a cohesive view of our customer, with interpretation of data to explain what, why and how

• Responsible for establishing standards and best practices dashboards (utilizing Google Analytics and PowerBI), reporting overall analytics and revenue generation for the customer portal site and customer journey tracking (email and social), and translating learnings into actionable initiatives for an optimized experience across assigned touchpoints
– Optimize and implement A/B and multivariate testing plans and best practices for digital tactics
– Track the performance of new features, functionalities, initiatives, and customer paths on the portal, while considering the full end-to-end experience and revenue generation
– Identify areas of opportunity for user experience, feature enhancements, and revenue generation across digital channels

• Support development of presentations shared with internal stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual basis

Professional Experience:

• Expertise in web/mobile analytics, metrics gathering, reporting and analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing techniques

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Technical expertise building out dashboards, data models, data mining, and audience segmentation

• Strong storytelling, oral and written communication and project management skills required

• Experience with data analytics and reporting for Adobe Campaign, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, and Google Optimize

• CRM (Salesforce) and SEO experience a plus
