PT Work From Home Customer Service Roles.


Available shifts: Monday - Friday, 10:00-2p EST or 1:30pm-5:30pm EST


This is a solution-based service environment with an emphasis on partnership and accountability.


Service Professionals at Paychex are passionate about customers' needs and wants.


Various roles available, some tasks will include:



  • Deliver quality service to Paychex clients

  • Make inbound and outbound calls to Paychex payroll clients

  • Perform data entry and respond to emails

  • Develop a working knowledge of Paychex products


This role is a strong fit if



  • You like to work with people in a fast paced environment

  • You have 1+ year of retail, call center and/or customer service experience

  • You have strong computer skills and are comfortable working with technology


Requirements



  • Associate's Degree - Preferred
