As part of the Client Infrastructure Financial Operation team in CTI (Citi Technology Infrastructure), the Client Reporting Analyst will support technology and corporate areas of the bank on their Infrastructure fiscal activities.

The position will work closely with management as the central point of contact for reporting of the Client's technology infrastructure expenses, while providing exceptional service and financial transparency in full partnership with CTI counterparts and Infrastructure Service Delivery Teams.

The Client Infrastructure Financial Ops role is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.

Recognized technical authority for an area within the business. Requires basic commercial awareness. There are typically multiple people within the business that provide the same level of subject matter expertise.

Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.

Significant impact on the area through complex deliverables. Provides advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business. Work impacts an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Job Overview :

Perform annual and monthly analysis and reporting as well as special topic ad-hoc financial views for business reporting and decision-making scenarios Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and other technology team members both locally and regionally, as well as with the local and regional businesses in order to execute on analysis and reporting of financial views that include or matter to them.

Developed communication, diplomacy and leadership skills are required in order to guide, influence and managing others, in particular colleagues in other areas, in order to perform and execute deliverables.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in with ability to summarize complex topics in a clear and concise manner to a senior audience (both business and technology).

Elicit and document business requirements for existing and new reporting processes with goal towards efficiency, standardization and automation Ability to identify areas of concern from analysis output to address potential gaps requiring explanation, clarity or escalation Maintain environment, process documentation and change control in line with MTP/STP and EUC and corporate risk and compliance strategies High degree of proficiency in Office applications particularly Excel and Power

Point in order to skillfully communicate and promote serious discussion within senior management Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver standardized reporting of pertinent monthly, quarterly and annual financial details to sectors in order to maintain open communication and understanding of key financial results.

Collaborate with key sector leads regarding the delivery of Client Financial Operations information on their infrastructure and other allocations impacting business decisions Manage Investment tracking and reporting including sector committed investment against plan, in process project approval status and Strategic projects Support audit inquiries and deliver timely analysis of charges to customers Provide detailed monthly reporting that will allow the accurate tracking of targets Establish and manage strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders to ensure adequate information sharing, reporting, alignment and communications are in place Develop and implement a system for tracking and reporting on the progress of strategic plans Partner with the Finance team on budgets and financial reporting Drive productivity / cost savings initiatives and analysis Develop senior management presentations by aggregating and synthesizing information Implement standard use of tools and templates to facilitate project planning and governance across the organization Prepare reports, briefings and presentations on strategic issues, as appropriate Qualifications: 6-10 years of experience in a technology planning role.

Advanced level of experience in Project Management Subject matter expert in at least one area of technology planning.
