80% of your day will be in greeting/escorting/scheduling patients for their future appointments ahead of time to fill our schedule, Weekday opening through closing tasks of phone management, and handling a customer relationship management system to engage in communication with prospective patients who maybe "WARM PROSPECTS OR COLD PROSPECTS" who inquire about our services completing intake/registration/processing of new patients, calling, texting patients who missed appointments using our relationship management software in realtime 20% of your day is about admin work and front desk reception duties assisting with insurance coordination/verification as needed collecting patient financial contributions "over the counter payments".In addition to:
working with managers and owners to enhance internal marketing processes ( we are in the business of marketing physical therapy).
Our clients are extremely motivated and to get better and your caring patient service specialist role greeting them each visit can brighten their day and aid in their recovery process.This is a new, PART TIME 10-15 hour week position in an established clinic in Brooklyn NY. You must be able to start at Thurs. Your schedule will be weekdays.
Sundays 8:00AM - 2:00 PM float incase our other team member cant be there we need coverage Note: we will be able to fine-tune your schedule between desires/needs of your co-workers.The salary and benefit package is competitive, with incentives for exceptional performance.
