The ITSM & ITOM Service Manager is a strategic leader with proven successes in developing & implementing comprehensive quality and improvement programs. Have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to be a change agent by both leading and participating on project teams. Have practical experience in all phases of ITSM/ITIL life cycles process reengineering and IT transformation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Define and implement ITSM processes and solutions to give end to end visibility into ITIL processes and infrastructure through a single system of record.
  • Own/manage Problem, Incident, Change defining policies & procedures, controls, reporting and analytics.
  • Manage/drive & report continuous service improvement.
  • Assist with defining and implementing ITOM processes and solutions for Discovery, Orchestration, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
  • Define and implement ITIL processes and solution in Incident and Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, CMDB, Asset Management & Service Catalog Management.
  • Assist in defining ITSM/ITOM/ITAM SLAs and KPIs.
  • Assist with defining and developing ITSM/ITOM/ITAM related system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and third-party integrations.
  • Assist with creation of workflows for Service Catalog Items.
  • Assist in defining implementations for employee self-service (ESS) portals, Asset and work order management solutions.
