It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you. Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Middle Market Banking Services private and public companies with annual sales of $5 million to $2 billion Specialized expertise across industry sectors Engages and influences Division Executives, Market Executives, BDOs and other partners within the Carolinas to develop and execute sales strategies, co-invest in the coaching and development of the teams and drive sales growth and new client acquisition.

Develops and coaches an effective sales team of quality BDOs that maximize core competencies and new business opportunities within the Carolinas, as well as close coordinate with the BB segment new client acquisition and strategy.

Collaborates with other product partners, including other lines of business across Wholesale to deliver a One Wells Fargo approach to the Carolinas.

Effectively collaborates with other DSEs in the East Region, Specialized Industries and Commercial Capital to bring best practices and execution ideas to the division.

Serves as key leader in the market representing WF and our industry brand; including direct interaction with prospective clients via conferences, industry symposiums and market events.

DSE will also coordinate and lead efforts with new Sales Enablement efforts rolled out with MMB, the region and division.

Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications 6 years of commercial sales experience 4 years of leadership experience Desired Qualifications Risk management experience Marketing experience Experience negotiating interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements Business development experience including development and execution of business vision, strategies, and goals Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of commercial or specialty group:
