The opportunity:

We are looking for a Sales Machine to drive the sales pipeline with Cabinetry Manufacturers and Showrooms with drafting and staffing and service solutions. Cabinet Showrooms need help and providing offshore Drafters to supplement their team is an immediate solution, we have a team ready to go at 1/3 of the local cost.

The successful applicant will be accountable for all aspects of the Sales Pipeline, our marketing team will provide leads, however you MUST be a cold caller. We use Salesforce for pipeline management. Team placement will require check-ins with clients on our teammates success and the services products will be managed by the services team leads and so your job will be to source, sell and manage the relationship.

The recent adoption of Remote work and the boom in construction means that every firm can use our help. The industry needs our services, and we are very successful at what we do. This is a fantastic opportunity to make good money and develop a large book of recurring revenue.
  • efficiently is a fully remote company, this is a permanent work from home remote position. Minimal travel (conferences)
Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business through all the usual methods
  • Continually overachieve
  • Manage and develop client relationships
  • Manage the Salesforce CRM
  • Work with marketing team to refine messaging and client personas
Qualifications:
  • Construction and/or Cabinetry Industry experience preferred
  • Know how to sell like a machine.
  • Dedicated to the numbers.
  • Great people skills

Renumeration:

The base is $80,000 - On target commission structure should have you at $150k+ after 12 months
