Since 1968, Integrity, Inc. has provided comprehensive and successful rehabilitation services for individuals with a substance use disorder. In addition to our CARF accreditation, we are recognized statewide as a leader in addiction services. We provide residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and supportive housing for individuals with substance use and other co-occurring mental health diagnoses to prepare for ongoing community-based treatment and recovery.

We are seeking Counselor candidates interested in working in our residential programs with the substance use population and combating the opioid epidemic. This position is a great opportunity for a career path.


· All Counselors/Counselor Interns employed in a residential treatment program must work a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm)


  • Provide individual and group counseling, manage a caseload of clients per NJ Department of Health regulations, provide case management services to all clients on caseload, arrange for aftercare, collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team regarding client care (i.e. medical, education, finance, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate client care records in electronic health record, complete weekly billing for all clients on caseload, engage in crisis intervention as needed, serve as an advocate for the clients, and support the organizational goals and mission through daily work.
  • Other related tasks such as supervision of clients, drug screen collection, observe clients self-administer medication, etc.
  • Required Licensing or Certifications:

    · Counselors: CADC, LCADC, LPC LSW, LCSW, LAC, LMFT

    We would like the Counselor to have 1-3 years experience in the addiction field or a related field.
