Total Rewards Manager oversee all benefits administration including open enrollment, employee communications on benefits options and coordination of plan alternatives as the organization shifts to employee cost-sharing.

Responsibilities

  • Overssee all benefits administration including open enrollment, employee communications on benefits options and coordination of plan alternatives as the organization shifts to employee cost-sharing.
  • Manage compensation programs including seasonal cycles (December merit reviews for hourly employees March salary reviews and annual incentives for salaried staff)
  • Lead leave of absence administration covering company policy FMLA workers compensation matters end-to-end
