- Writing and editing original and rewriting existing material in accordance with defined standards and formats to clearly convey the intent of the document.
- Working with standard style guides and the ability to develop new writing and editing processes and procedures documents as necessary.
- Providing written and oral communications skills needed to identify staff writing requirements and relay technical writing guidance to program and project personnel.
- Implementing and communicating effective internal review procedures to ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
- Providing configuration management, the ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines, and strong research capabilities.
- Experience using graphics
- Bachelor's degree in English or related field and 3 years' experience.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with Senior Level Personnel and organizations including OSD and Service staffs.
- Excellent information management skill.
- Ability to communicate and follow-up on scheduling, admin support, and task completion.
- Familiarity with government and military testing terminology desired.
- Must be expert in MS Word, familiar with MS Publisher and Adobe Acrobat
