We are currently seeking a Utilization Management Nurse in Dallas, Texas . If you want to join our team, apply today

We offer competitive salary range of $80K-$ 90K
Monday- Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM, 8:00AM-4:00PM, or 9:00AM-5:00PM (flexible on start/end times)

Requirements:

Five years inpatient clinical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting required.
Minimum of two years Utilization Management acute care setting experience required.
Minimum of one year drafting and submitting reconsiderations and appeals to Medicare experience.
Preferably a minimum of two-year InterQual or Milliman experience in an acute care setting.
Telephonic experience
Excellent customer-service skills
Bilingual (preferred)

Accidental Injury & Critical Illness- In the event of a covered accident, Accidental Injury coverage will pay a lump sum cash benefit with no restriction on how the money is used. Critical Illness coverage helps employees offset out-of-pocket expenses due to a covered life changing health event.
TIS encourages employees to save for retirement by offering a 401k (k) and Roth IRA Retirement Plan. TIS provides a generous match and vesting schedule.
TIS employees receive Paid Time Off and an Employee Illness Bank to supplement time off from work.

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
