- Ensure accurate recording of all assets in the management database
- Collaborate with other IT teams
- Update Lead Technician and Technical Services Manager on activities
- Utilize problem tracking system
- Communicate with customers promptly on support issues
- Support Metro Health's vision and strategy
- Respond to customer inquiries and diagnose system problems
- Assist in IT-related projects
- Provide backup support for Service Desk staff
- Available for after-hours and weekend calls
- Perform additional assigned duties including maintaining department knowledge base, pursuing learning opportunities, and participating in committees and workgroups
