- Provide speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Collaborate with educational professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy sessions.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other team members.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
