We are seeking a motivated Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Human Resources Department.As a Financial Analyst, you will work closely with our CFO to manage cash flow, assist with budgeting, and conduct financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Key duties and responsibilities for this position include:
Manage bank account portals:
Take ownership of bank account portals, user access, and account setup.
Execute daily transactions:
Release daily wires and ACHs to ensure smooth financial operations.
Assist with borrowing requests:
Prepare borrowing requests to draw funds on revolving line of credit.
Ensure liquidity:
Manage the daily cash position to ensure sufficient liquidity to meet daily obligations.
Positive pay exceptions:
Decision positive pay exceptions in the bank portals.
Financial modeling:
Assist with cash flow modeling and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Budget analysis:
Perform monthly budget versus variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Data reporting:
Write queries to pull data and build reports for internal stakeholders, banking partners, and investors.
Job Specifications:
Skills:
Excel:
Proficient in Excel functions and formulas, including vlookups, sumifs, pivot tables, and if-then statements.
SQL/Coding:
Basic to intermediate SQL skills or a strong desire to learn SQL.
Organization:
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced growth environment.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, engineering, mathematics, or computer science.
