    As part of a diverse and skilled Operations Team, you will be tasked with managing all aspects of the operations department and assist in the performance of all functions.

    Knowledge and Skills
    Thorough knowledge of the Transaction Content Manager Program for ICL and POD support
    Thorough knowledge of the Source Capture Optimization Program (SCO) for Merchant and Branch Capture support
    Thorough knowledge of all areas of operations, including but not limited to return items, statement rendering and check adjustment/collection process
    Ability to work without direct supervision, creating a positive work environment by keeping communication channels open
    Significant knowledge of industry processes, procedures and workflows
    Project Management experience for low to high level implementations of new products for UFS Customers as it relates to Item Processing, statements and notices
    Ability to deal with time bound SLAs
    Ability to relate in a professional manner to customers, co-workers, service and vendor personnel and all other individuals that may be connected throughout the course of business
    Strong communication and leadership skills with proven ability to lead a team of individuals to perform to the best of their abilities
    Ability to allocate work assignments taking into consideration individual work habits and capabilities
    Ability to organize workflow
    Basic accounting principles
    Ability to work flexible hours and be available for after-hours issues support in person or through remote access

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

    Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Develop, recommend and implement policies and procedures
    Set standards and goals at the team level and communicate these to the organization on a strategic level
    Provide knowledgeable customer phone support for SCO Merchant, SCO Branch Capture processing and SCO equipment support
    Assist in setting the budget and monitoring adherence to it
    Evaluate and monitor workflow volume and staffing levels to develop new methods of processing to increase efficiency in order to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators
    Provide knowledgeable customer phone support in regard to all other areas of operational item processing
    Project Management skills for statement, notice and correspondent projects
    Assist customers and employees in solving operational challenges
    Assist and cross-train where necessary in the daily operation to ensure the work gets completed
    Responsible for providing necessary training to financial institution personnel on operational and support topics
    Evaluate and adjust work schedules to meet the workload requirements
    Performs other duties as assigned

    Education and/or Experience
    High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) required, Bachelor's degree preferred
    Previous bank operations experience required
    Previous supervisory experience required
    Working knowledge of Operational Item Processing and Statement production required
