We operate in a collaborative environment, blending Waterfall and Agile methodologies to drive effective change management projects.Key Responsibilities
Analyze, plan, design, and document training strategies in support of our clients' technological aspirations.
Work efficiently within both Waterfall and Agile change management projects.
Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, technical personnel, and training teams to define, track, and communicate training requirements and dependencies.
Ensure completion of training governance procedures for projects involving training scope.Requirements
Three or more years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on translating technical goals into training requirements.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
Experience in presentation and/or training facilitation.
Additional Information
Candidates must be residents of the state of California.
This is primarily a remote work position, with occasional onsite meetings in West Sacramento for special training requests or business needs.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
