    Are you a dedicated financial professional seeking a new challenge that directly impacts patient outcomes?

    This role involves strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for US Pelvic Health therapy. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders from Sales Leadership, Sales Finance, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Your focus will be on developing standards, deploying solutions, and driving harmonization/standardization for sustainability and optimization. As you become a functional expert, you will operate across multiple units, reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, US Pelvic Health Sales Finance.

    Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN or Remote

  • Responsibilities may involve:
  • Performing FP&A tasks for US Pelvic Health Sales Leadership and Sales Force, such as:
  • Providing analytical support for national and regional sales initiatives
  • Collaborating on annual sales quotas and performance analysis
  • Contributing to sales force expense budgets and account realignments
  • Supporting field inventory management initiatives
  • Offering ad hoc analysis as needed

    • Minimum Requirements to Shine

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of Finance/Accounting experience in the Medical device industry
  • OR Advanced Degree with 2+ years in Finance/Accounting in a regulated industry

    • Desirable Skills

  • Solid business acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to translate financial data effectively
  • Proficiency in utilizing systems/data for insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Demonstration of initiative, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, particularly in medical devices
  • Proven track record in financial planning, reporting, and analytics
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships
  • Familiarity with SAP, Essbase/Hyperion & Business Objects
  • Strong preference for experience with Essbase/Hyperion and FP&A work
  • Capability to thrive under pressure and exercise judgment
  • Intellectual agility and fast learning abilities
