    Job Title: Delivery Account Operations Associate

    Location: Coppell, TX

    Job Type: Hourly Consultant

    Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5 pm

    Pay: $ $22.91 per hour

    Essential Functions:

    • Develop, maintain, and enhance operational reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
    • Extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
    • Perform quantitative analysis to identify trends, operational gaps, and opportunities to increase print sales and improve order billing accuracy.
    • Create and support workload balancing models for designated delivery and operations workgroups.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely reporting solutions.
    • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all reporting outputs.
    • Automate recurring reports and operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
    • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support leadership decision-making and strategic initiatives.
    • Document reporting processes, data definitions, and best practices to support standardization and governance.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts through data-driven operational insights.

    Skills:

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling; macros/VBA a plus)
    • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and visualization platforms
    • Knowledge of database structures, data extraction, and query concepts
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
    • Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance practices
    • Data storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
    • Strong written and visual report development capabilities

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, or operations analytics
    • Experience supporting operational or delivery/account management environments preferred
    • Demonstrated ability to automate reporting and improve process efficiency

    Education:

    • Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Business, or a related field required
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
