    About the Job

    We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into a computer system or tracking database.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Accurately read source documents and enter data in specific fields.
    • Collect, compile, sort, and verify the accuracy or completeness of data before entry.
    • Maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting errors or reporting them to supervisors.
    • Perform routine office duties such as answering phones and maintaining supplies.
    • Provide data lists, spreadsheets, and reports as needed.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Two years of experience in data entry or a related field.
