    WHO WE ARE

    Modern Nose Clinic is a state-of-the-art, highly subspecialized Rhinology, Allergy and Sleep practice changing healthcare by doing medicine differently and having loads of fun while doing it We have 3 locations between Oregon and Washington with this position located at our clinic in Tualatin, Oregon.

    THE POSITION

    Modern Nose Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our growing team. If you are looking to avoid burn-out, with no on-call or weekend shifts, then this may be the role for you.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    • Answer incoming phone calls and triage with a courteous and professional disposition
    • Schedule procedures and appointments accurately, quickly, and professionally based on physician availability, patient needs, and facility resources
    • Admission process; review medical eligibility and benefits
    • Make outgoing phone calls to patients
    • Respond to medical records requests in a timely fashion
    • Use online payment software to process credit card payments
    • Other administrative tasks as necessary

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Medical Receptionist and/or customer service experience: 1 year (Required)
    • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
    • Knowledge of health insurance/insurance 1500 claims and billing a plus
    • Medical billing terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
    • EMA experience (Preferred)
