The overall purpose of this role is carry out a variety of engineering tasks, such as research, develop, design, and test electrical and electronic equipment, and systems used in manufacturing and industrial processes.

Responsibilities
Includes (but are not limited to):
Design electrical equipment, systems and establish manufacturing processes.
Direct activities ensuring that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to function specifications.
Perform risk assessments and confirm compliance with safety standards and engineering codes.
Conduct research on new applications and collaborate with peers to craft/apply new system processes
Lead projects and deliver on time
Define and ensure installations and applications are in line with customer needs and requirements and safety standards
Perform quality and performance analysis on new and legacy IT systems, summarize data and report on test results
Evaluate new equipment needs, calculate costs and help prepare budgets
Coordinate maintenance inspection plans, assist in solving equipment malfunctions
Train technical and non-technical personnel on new equipment operations
Supervise Maintenance personnel and/or contractors as needed
Any other tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
To perform this job effectively, and satisfactorily perform essential job duties; candidate must possess the below requirements:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/
EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum two years working in a similar industrial setting
Ability to read and write Allen Bradley PLC programming. SLC 500 and ControlLogix -is highly preferred, candidate be willing to learn
Able to drive projects to completion on time and within budget
Maintain professional, encouraging interactions with all levels of management
For safe and effective performance;and the successful operation of the business, the qualified candidate must read and communicate moderately in English
