Assist High volume phone calls and chats from customer regarding their billing concerns
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
Excellent written and verbal communication
Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer.
Handling and analyzing daily billing cases being assigned to the queue per territory.
Knowledge of Billing procedures
Strong attention to detail goal-oriented
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
Has good communication skills.
Knows how to reconcile and review invoices being disputed.
Knows how to Calculate price variance for incorrect billing sent to the customer. Must be amenable to work on US hours
