    Description
    Responsibilities


    Research, write, and edit engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the services SME offers and the AEC industry.

    Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure timely delivery of communication materials, including reports, presentations, and press releases.

    Create content to showcase SME's story. Support brand management tasks. Manage the production and distribution of communication materials, maintaining consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

    Support the marketing team in the development of promotional materials, such as brochures, case studies, and product catalogs, highlighting the company's services and solutions for the AEC industry.

    Support the marketing team in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events, including the creation of promotional materials, booth design, and post-event follow-up activities to maximize brand exposure and business or client opportunities.

    Develop responses to RFPs and qualifications packages,

    Collaborate with subject matter experts and key team members to develop RFP and RFQ responses that clearly communicate SME's project strategy, approach, solution and key differentiators.

    Coordinate with partners and/or subcontractors to request and process information;
    Write, revise, and edit drafts for completeness, consistency, and conformity to client-specific requirements.
    Edit technical content provided by others for consistent voice, appropriate messaging, spelling/typographical/grammatical errors, and inclusion of appropriate differentiators
    Compile/organize a unified document in compliance with client-specific instructions.
    Prepare local, state, and national award submittals for SME projects for industry recognition.

    Skills

    Passionate storyteller.
    Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
    Experience in AEC or other professional services industry
    Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
    Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse team members.
    Self-directed, process-oriented, flexible, and curious.
    Keen eye for detail in content development and design.

    Qualifications

    1-3 years of writing experience, preferably in AEC industry or professional services field
    2- or 4- year college degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or similar discipline
