    About the Role:
    The Marketing Technology team manages our tech stack and helps CrowdStrike marketers execute on all fronts. The Technical Marketing Operations Manager/Specialist will help push our automations into overdrive.

    You will help unlock deeper functionality within our existing platforms and help build new, targeted integrations where current solutions fall short.

    This unique role within the marketing team offers a front row seat to how stakeholders get their work done and where current pain points lie.

    You will draw on your experience working with key marketing platform APIs to build new, innovative workflows that liberate marketers from burdensome tasks and help drive leads through the funnel.

    This role will work closely with colleagues on the integrations team to help understand how current platforms are configured and where they can be enhanced.

    In this role, you will own the iPaaS platform and enable a small subset of technical marketing users.

    You will also help the team automate QA processes and spread a passion for logging and demystifying black boxes that no one loves but sadly learns to live with.

    This role is great for someone who lives at the intersection of marketing platforms and A

    This role/department offers the chance to work directly with vendors on implementing cutting-edge features and even help influence their development roadmap.


    What You'll Do:
    Design, develop and deploy scalable solutions (tools and Infrastructure) supporting the business needs of our marketing teams

    Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using APIs, iPaaS tools, and Marketo

    Collaborate with peers on the marketing integrations and operations team to identify inefficient processes and develop scalable solutions

    Create processes that removes technical friction and time delays for marketers

    Cultivate an environment of teamwork, openness, creativity, and continuous improvement; must be forward-thinking and always testing new opportunities

    Implement and adhere to CS data governance and security policies to maintain accuracy and integrity


    What You'll Need:
    6-10 years of professional experience
