    Essential Functions and Objectives:
    Provides senior-level support in the areas of academic analytics, basic statistical analysis, and report development and production.

    Uses District data systems and works with teams in order to acquire the appropriate data, conducting statistical analysis, working with District and school leaders to identify data needs and report requirements, producing reports, and presenting results to district and school leaders.


    • Provide consultation for district leaders as well as conduct data analysis requests from district leaders to inform district practices.
    • Design and release a variety of assessment reports, presentations, and tools to ensure district leadership is well supported in all assessment and strategic data needs.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present district assessment reporting and analysis aligned to district and department goals.
    • Support systems and processes that drive ongoing improvements in district tools.
    • Support progress monitoring of department and district goals.
    • Collaborate with teams across the district to promote district initiatives, understand data and support needs, and provide necessary trainings.
    • Use appropriate software tools including database, statistical and reporting packages to access, analyze and report district data.
    • Perform statistical analysis, qualitative analysis, review of relevant academic research, and the development and interpretation of measurement tools (e.g. surveys).
    • Support departmental collaboration efforts to guide strategic reviews of process, resources, and reports to ensure alignment with ARE and department goals.
    • Lead collaborative efforts with school staff, district staff, and other key stakeholders to develop analysis questions, evaluate programs, and create reports that inform instruction.
    • Design and present a variety of dynamic training sessions for school and district catered to the background knowledge of the intended audience(s).
    • Collaborate across departments to design reports and tools that are user friendly and meet enduser data needs.

    Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

    • Three (3) or more years with proficiency in visualizing data as well as fluency with one or more of the following applications: Power BI, Tableau, Excel Pivot Charts, PowerPoint.
    • Three (3) or more years with proficiency in accessing and manipulating data as well as fluency with one or more of the following applications: MS Access, SPSS, SAS, Stata, R, SQL.
    • Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance.
    • Ability to work in a multiteam environment with individuals of various working styles.
    • Aptitude for variety and changing expectations and a fastpaced environment.
    • Ability to work in a multiethnic and multicultural environment with district and school leaders, faculty, staff and students.
    • High degree of integrity in handling confidential information.
    • Advanced skills in analyzing data and constructing reports using Microsoft Access as well as being fluent with one or more of the following applications: SPSS, STATA, SQL Management Studio.
    • Knowledge with Microsoft Office/Google products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs. Google Sheets, Google Slides.
