    Position: Caf Manager

    Location: 24 Old Black Meadow Rd, Chester, NY

    Responsibilities: As the Caf Manager at Frozen Ropes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our caf. Your responsibilities will include:

    Menu Development and Management:

    Create and maintain an appealing menu that caters to our diverse clientele.

    Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Customer Service:

    Provide exceptional customer service to all cafe patrons.

    Train and supervise cafe staff to deliver friendly and efficient service.

    Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

    Operations:

    Oversee day-to-day cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.

    Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.

    Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

    Financial Management:

    Manage budget, track expenses, and optimize cost-efficiency.

    Implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue.

    Prepare financial reports for management.

    Staff Management:

    Recruit, train, and schedule cafe staff.

    Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.

    Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues.

    Marketing and Promotion:

    Collaborate with the marketing team to promote cafe offerings.
