Site Manager
to join our team in Eagle Lake
This full-time position will have you involved in all areas of property management You will focus on turning prospects into residents by showing & leasing units as well as assisting in the management of resident issues, help maintain the properties' physical condition, work with service providers, and coordinate maintenance responsibilities.
Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesLease and show units
Assist with rent collection and delinquencies
Enforce occupancy policies and procedures
Day-to-day resident relations and correspondence
Achieve resident retention via community engagement and activities
Complete unit turnover maintenance and cleaning
Light maintenance and grounds around the property and in resident units
Daily property rounds checking on curb appeal, litter, and safety concerns
Inspect units and overall property condition
Carry a company issued cell phone and be available after hours for emergencies as needed
Submit various monthly and annual reports
Comply with Fair Housing Laws and perform tasks in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
Other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Office 365, Yardi, etc.)
Must have a valid US Driver's License
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the Kari Koskinen Act
Knowledge of property management a bonus
