Job summary
This is an administrative assistant position that supports the goals of Workforce & Continuing Education (WCE) and the college in outreach to businesses and the community related to training and non-credit educational programming.
Responsibilities
- Assists in updating weekly WCE email that lists upcoming Lifelong Learning programs.
- Sets up registration for classes on the events platform and adds to promotions spreadsheet.
- Provides assistance with American Heart Association card requests.
